About Us

CATTA CONSTRUTORA was founded by João Pedro Castelani Fratta, who has been passionate about construction since childhood. He was born into a family where his father is an administrator and his mother is a teacher in the state school system. His dream began to come true when his godfather, a Civil and Occupational Safety Engineer, saw some projects he was working on in his spare time. Seeing potential there that he could explore further, he suggested taking the Building Technician course, where he is also a teacher. So, on the same day, he applied and, to his delight, was accepted into the course he graduated from.

Over the years, he gained experience by interning at a Firefighting Engineering company, and then worked at a medium to high-end company as a budgeter and monitor of works of various complexities. This gave him all the know-how in construction, planning and project management, right up to the execution of quality control.

Within this, there was an immediate synchronicity and desire to create a Construction Company, always aiming to understand and fulfill the client's needs, making their wish a reality.

Since 2023, Catta Construtora has been involved in both the leadership and development of the cities in which it operates.
